yeah that used to happen loads here. and even though these ppl are almost (READ almost) impossible to make dawa to, a situation like that will serve as a great dawa opportunity for the ppl around you. You know, most non-muslims get that sometimes too, and none of then find it pleasant either; so they're already on your side. The best to do in that situation is to give a big friendly smile and say yeah I love Jesus too, May God bless him . He's, after all, one of the greatest Prophets in Islam.
:) that will a) make dawa b) annoy the heck out oof the chirstiandude...

BUT, what I have realized is that truly these people are "SUMMUN, BUKMUN, 'OMYUN.. faham la yarjaa'oun" -Deaf, dumb, and blind - they will never find the true way. (Baqarah) and so I quietly recited surah al Kafiroon to myself and avoided her. Much as these may be opportunities for dawah, they are often futile. I would usually avoid such situations. The times I do make the effort to explain, are when I'm asked why I wear niqab. Then I enjoy making dawah and breaking down the walls.

I was once in a grave yard and as I was leaving an elderly English woman came rushing upto me and said 'Christianity is the true religion' and just walked away from me really fast. Never had a chance to even say a word :-)

I was at Dubai airport one day waiting for transition. Suddenly a man came to me and said that he believes in Trinity and that his god can save me, so I let him grab my hand and say the pray. Then I said thank u to him and asked; where are you from and where are going? he said he is from Virgnia (US) and was going to India. I asked what for? he said he is a priest and he is going on missionary in India (like Americans are religious enough but Indians are not, how funny the wat they are thinking).
Then he asked me who are you? I said I'm a Muslim. Guest what he asked me then? what is the different between Islam and Muslim? OMG, a priest doesnt know that, and he was going to India to convert the people (maybe Muslims) to Christianity. But then I couldnt speak more because I was only starting to learn English plus I didnt have enough time, and that was 5 years ago.
However, what thinggy Mommy sister said is true, we should seize the opportunity, because many of these peeple do not know and do not understand. We should make them know and understand. Whether they will become Muslims or not, leave that for Allah for indeed He guide and misguide whoever He wants.
